Appetizer
Avocado boat with seafood in a lime-cilantro vinaigrette.
Soup
Classic baked French onion soup.
Salad
Oven-roasted vegetables nestled in a bed of romaine with choice of dressings on the side.
Entrée
Prime Rib Au Jus
A generous 16-ounce portion of tender prime rib served with a twice-baked potato, vegetable choice, roll, and butter.
Dessert
Choice of raspberry tart, Tiramisu, or symphonies de fruits—fresh fruit medley in a fine Champagne and cassis marinade, garnished with raspberry sorbet.

Soup
Philadelphia pepper pot soup.
Salad
Garden-fresh greens with choice of dressings.
Entrée
Tender Roast Turkey
Served with homemade sage dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, cranberry sauce, rolls, and butter.

Choice of homemade pie or strawberry shortcake.

 

Vineyard Buffets
Minimum of 50 guests.

Italian
Classic Caesar salad topped with herbed croutons. Tortellini, bow tie and rotini pastas with Alfredo sauce, pesto sauce, and marinara sauce.  Grilled chicken, homemade meatballs, and sliced Italian sausage. Mushrooms, sautéed peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes. All accompanied by garlic bread, bread sticks, and foccacia, served with dipping oils. $15.95 per person

Oriental
Crispy egg rolls accompanied by a sweet and sour dipping sauce. Crab Rangoon with a hot mustard sauce. Ribs glazed with hoisin sauce.  Cashew Chicken, Beef Broccoli Stir-Fry, pork-fried rice, white rice, lo mein noodles, and soy sauce. $17.95 per person

Southwestern
Sizzling spicy Chicken or Beef Fajitas, flour tortillas, peppers, and white onions. Quesadillas with monterey jack and cheddar cheeses. Served with a variety of toppings including guacamole, sour cream, scallions, black olives, pico de gallo, and shredded lettuce. Sided with classic Mexican rice and blue and yellow tortilla chips served with spicy and mild salsa. $15.95 per person

Prime Rib
Chef-Carved Prime Rib, Chicken Breast Parmesan, accompanied by appropriate sauces, tossed salad with choice of dressings, jackets-on roasted new potatoes with fresh rosemary and olive oil, crispy, sautéed red and yellow peppers, julienne of carrots and snow pea pods and freshly baked bread display of assorted breads and rolls with butter roses. $27.95 per person

Carving Stations
Carved by our uniformed chef and served with assorted freshly baked rolls and breads, appropriate garnishes and condiments. Minimum of 75 guests. $25.00 per hour, per attendant
