Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
There is a $250.00 non-refundable deposit required to hold the space for your wedding. This deposit is expected upon the verbal agreement that The Vineyard will be hosting your event and is non-refundable should you cancel at any time. In addition to this, there is a $250.00 non-refundable deposit required upon the signing of our contract and is expected within 10 days of the verbal agreement. We also require a deposit of 50% of the estimated balance of the entire event, upon acceptance of the Banquet Event Order. The remainder of the estimated expenditures is due one week prior to your reception, after your guaranteed number of guests has been received. All remaining charges will be settled the night of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 72 hours prior to your event will result not only in the loss of the
$500.00 in non-refundable deposits, but also equal to the price of food and any other
expenditures The Vineyard has incurred.
Final Changes
Final guest count must be received by The Vineyard no later than 10 business days prior to the event date. The client shall pay for no less than the final guest count regardless of the actual
number of persons in attendance.
Food & Beverage Policies
The Vineyard provides all alcoholic beverages. Guests may not bring into the facility, and its surrounding grounds, any beverages from an outside source. A licensed bartender will serve alcoholic beverages at all events. Only those persons of legal dinking age will be served liquor. All food must be purchased through The Vineyard. The only exception will be wedding cakes.
Sales Tax & Service Charge
An 18% gratuity and a 5% sales tax are applied to all food and beverage charges along with any services rendered by our staff. A Service charge of up to $200.00 may be assessed for special requests not previously agreed upon and approved prior to the event. The Catering Sales & Event Manager must approve any special requests.
